i didnt want to blog, but when tzining told me to blog sth, these thoughts came to my mind.
[are singapore taking too much of advantages?]
[are singapore too pampered?]
i've been surveying around.
somehow, i think singaporeans are just too lucky.
They've got almost everything they want.
Xbox,PSP,computers,handphone,television,branded sneakers..anything you can name it!
Be glad that you are living in singapore cause everything here is so developed and technology advanced.Morever,it's safe.No natural disasters!!!
We are living in such a comfort zone that even
-> a stain on your shirt would make your day bad.
-> a 1 hr of water supply cut-off would make u scream like mad.
-> losing your handphone is like losing your best friend.
-> no branded sneakers means you are not CooL.
-> no bf/gf means you are a loser.
SIngaporeans esp teens, our generation, are living in a very very comfortable zone.
They are just too pampered!
Come on teens,wake up!
You cant go on like that!
Get out of your comfort zone,regardless where are you now.
I guess,nowadays teens need to have more sufferings.
They are like king and queen.
Sitting on the throne,waiting to be served.
Look at middle-income families,
4 out of 5 have maids serving them.
And kids are sooo un-independent now.
They cant even do simple chores like washing and ironing clothes,cooking.
20 yrs back, there are no maids!
Still, life goes on the same for them and i am sure they are more independent than you!
